Rent is roughly ¥15,000–¥30,000 per person per month (utilities extra). Before move-in, students must pay one year's tuition plus a lump sum of ¥120,000 covering a ¥50,000 deposit, a bedding fee (~¥6,000) and the dorm fee; the deposit is refunded (minus a key-replacement fee) if the room is undamaged. New dormitory residents are met at Chubu International Airport and guided to the dorm.
