Studio (single room) rent from ¥40,000/month, room share (2-4 person room) rent from ¥15,000/month. Moving out is not allowed within the first year after moving in (moving out within 1 year incurs 1 year's dormitory fee plus, as a penalty, 6 months' dormitory fee plus an administrative fee). Rent is paid every 6 months. Utilities are billed at actual cost to the resident, and residents cook their own meals.
