All rooms come with Wi-Fi and unlimited internet, air conditioning, a bed, a futon set, a rice cooker, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, and more. Utilities (electricity, gas, water) are paid by the resident. Only at move-in, six months of dormitory fees must be paid in advance.
