MHLW educational training benefit courses
This is the MHLW educational training benefit (kyōiku kunren kyūfu), which reimburses part of the course fee to enrolled employment-insurance holders resident in Japan — mostly teacher-training programs. It is not available on a student visa and does not reduce tuition for study-abroad students.
